Payment is due 24 hours before your session to confirm your attendance.
Cancellation

$25 late fee

Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice carries a $25 cancellation fee.

Is the consult really free?

Yes. The 15-minute consult is a chance to ask Dr. Penny questions and see if we are a good fit. Fees for full sessions are shared on that call.

Can I meet by telehealth?

Yes. Dr. Penny is a Certified Telemental Health Specialist and offers secure telehealth sessions, as well as in-person sessions at her Birmingham, AL office.

How does payment work?

Dr. Penny is private pay only, in and out of network, and provides the necessary receipts for reimbursement. Payment is due 24 hours before your session to confirm your attendance.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Use the link in your confirmation or reminder email, or call (205) 946-4060. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice carries a $25 cancellation fee.
